Gwen Smith is the founder of Community Health Aligning Revitalization, Resilience, & Sustainability (CHARRS), an organization focused on Environmental Justice, health and education equity. Through CHARRS, she utilizes her relationship building skills to create circular social economy partnership opportunities that leverages partners' resources needed to address environmental and health inequities in African American and marginalized communities.
